We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the brand assets solely for promoting Rich Roots products, subject to the following conditions:

• Brand assets may be resized or cropped only.
• Do not otherwise modify colours, wording, logos or brand assets without written approval (see §10 Wholesale T&Cs).

• We recommend advertising within ±10% of RRP, but stockists remain free to set their own resale prices.

Returns

Damages replaced within 7 days (see §9 in Wholesale T&Cs). Nothing in this clause limits a consumer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
